I am a mother of two beautiful little girls, Carissa and Charley. I have always loved the arts. I studied dance from age 3-19, was the photography editor for my school yearbook, and was an active member in my school drama club, chorus, band and musicals. During my study halls and lunch period, if I wasn't in the dance studio, I was definitely in the art room. Needless to say, when I became a mother, I needed a new outlet for my artistic cravings. I have nothing against scrapbooking, but it didn't quite fulfill me.
The idea for Kacey's Princess Bowtique was inspired by my 3 year old daughter. The first bow I made was for her, and after I gave it to her, she said to me, "Mommy, I love bows. Pretty princesses wear bows." That was it. I decided that I was going to make bows, but why make them only for little girls. Every woman, of any age, deserves to feel like a princess. My creativity then expanded to all hair accessories; thus, Kacey's Princess Bowtique, where we make all things bows, was born.
